Happy very belated Easter...

We had a great Easter week with a visit from Aunt Marcia. The kids love when she comes to town. Micah thinks she has lots of money so he works her for all that he can when she comes to town. Lauren loves having a buddy to play princess and dolls with all day long. Here are a couple pictures from the festivities...
Micah won the Easter Egg Hunt Grand Prize! For a hunt with more than 100 kids that's quite a feat!
Lauren was an expert collector herself. She prefered the hoarding to using a basket.
We of course decorated eggs. That's where the buck stops- we're not too good at actually eating them.
And when Wisconsinites get together, there is often bowling. What can I say?

Bad, bad blogger....

It's been a bad few months in blog land but I commit to do better, I promise!
Lots has happened since we've been away... Possibly two of the most exciting: Lauren is a permanent underwear wearer- yes, even at night. This, to me is thrilling! And the second.... we're having a baby! Anyone who sees me regularly can tell my now that I'm not just getting fat for fun... and maybe most exciting is the gender. Check out the picture for the verdict!!! Oh, the baby is due August 26th but will most likely be born a little earlier due to c-sections. Just in line with the start of Kindergarden and a big move... impeccable timing!
